My anxiety is surpassing the meds!

I am sooooo incredibly stressed and anxious at the moment that I can barely type! When I start to type, my thoughts get ahead of my fingers.

I cannot talk to P-Bear because he will tell me to "get over it" and will look at me crazy while thinking that I have nothing to be stressed about, compared to his busy work week. Men in general are problem solvers, and my hubby is numero uno Alpha male problem solver.

"In work settings, the alpha male may be a natural leader, exuding confidence. But he also may be contentious, demanding and difficult to work with. This is thought to be in part due to the alpha male attempting to retain his stature, however unconsciously, as alpha. Being the top salesperson, the quickest worker, the most aggressive boss may contribute to remaining at the top, and the alpha male has a tendency to respond aggressively to any attempts by others to outshine him."

Yup that's him alright...don't they understand that we just want them to listen and nod with an occasional "uh huh," not solve all the worlds problems?!

Anyway, I know I always feel better once I get out what it is that is stressing the s_it out of me.

(Insert huge sigh here)

Some of the things that I am anxious and stressed about at the moment...
  • My earache that I fear is the result of some much needed dental work that I have been putting off!
  • The mortgage (total debbie downer and buzz kill)
  • My sister not being able to decide if her family or her friends are more important.
  • The rash behind Beans ear that will not freaking go away!
  • Budgeting (URGH!) Need I say more?
  • The fact that I must increase my business revenue to a point that is more profitable in order to continue to stay home with my kids. No pressure.
  • Faxing in paperwork for an accident that happened in Feb. to the insurance company (procrastination table for 1)
  • The lingering cough accompanied by chronic headache which I just know means I have a brain tumor that no one has found yet.

The list could go on, but I am already starting to feel better. Joooooy!

  3. @Bipolar Diva! That would be freaking awesome right about now! I honestly did feel better after the post, as corny as that sounds.

@accidental baby maker- Isnt it frustrating! You are soooo right about the "better to blog to the world" part!!

  4. think we are on the same boat... june just started and it already sucks for us. i hope things get better glad you're starting to feel better already *hugs*

  5. @ruby- Yes I hope things do start to look better. For everyone.

  6. It's good to let it out. I can't vent to my husband about this kind of stuff either because he just nips it in the bud with a solution and I just want to get it off my chest.

Bloggy fun with the family! Share!
