Wild Texas Wear, sent me 3 awesome items to review and are letting me give away 2! First of all let me say, that this company blew me away with their response to work with Free2bMommy and our interest in their products. I could tell right away that Wild Texas Wear really does care about what we (the customer) think and feel regarding the fit and general likeability of their awesome items! I like to consider myself a cowgirl at heart…okay well maybe I just like to dress like one every once in a while. Same thing right?

Everything is BIGGER in TEXAS and Wild Texas Wear is no different!

In the spirit of Texas and in the hearts of all Texans, Wild Texas Wear has designed a line of "Texas Inspired Apparel". Their inspiration comes from the Texas Gulf Coast to the high plains of the Texas Panhandle, from the rich black soil of East Texas to the wild West Texas, from the oil workers to cowboys and cowgirls, from the big cities along the Interstates to the small towns on the county roads. Their hearts, souls and passions are in Texas.

The items are indeed Texas inspired, but would be awesome no matter what state you live in! From true Texans to those that just wish they were, you will find awesome items and true quality with Wild Texas Wear.

1) "Ladies Texas 1836 " white Scoopneck Tee. It is made 98% premium cotton and 2% elastic. The year 1836 is the year of Texas Independence.

My thoughts: This shirt had an awesome fit and was soft and comfortable. I felt incredibly cute with its clingy, but not too tight, feminine fit. You know the way we want our tees to fit where you still look like a girl and not frumpy like in a standard tee? This tee does just that! This shirt is more than a t-shirt, that sounds too casual for it.


2) "Ladies Yellow Rose of Texas Seersucker Pants , in pink. – lounge style pants
Made from 100% premium cotton seersucker, with a covered drawcord.





My thoughts: these were super cute! Seriously, I usually feel like an old frumpy grandma in lounge pants, but these were different, and I really like them! The seersucker, is a personal favorite, so I was sold with the mix of pink and white! The yellow rose was embroidered and really beautiful. The quality of the pants was above my expectations. I was and still am impressed.

3) Tejana Tank Top. This tank top is not on the website. At this time it is only a sample. The design has the Mexican Eagle with the State of Texas. Made from 100% premium cotton.

This of course was a great piece for me! I loved it! As many of you know…or you should…I am a Mexican-American and native Texan. This shirt is very original to me, and it was without disrespect (Latinos are traditionally big on respect of their particular country) and cheesiness many other shirts like this project. It is a great mix of both the Mexican flag and state of Texas, and my friends and I were in love with it. I did tell Wild Texas Wear rep, that I think it would look even better on a standard white tank rather than the thin strapped tank, but that was just my feedback.
